To assure SITA's competitive strength and business growth through the provision of the highest quality technical Service Operations to SITA customers. Perform all Service Operations activities according to SITA standards and procedures, maximizing customer satisfaction by the delivery of first class support activities.

What You Will Do

• Provide 24/7 support to the team across all system environments.
• Plan and implement upgrades as needed.
• Manage operating systems and applications and perform necessary updates.
• Work and coordinate with project leadership to make decisions regarding environmental changes.
• Monitor application and service performance; plan and implement changes in the actual environment according to change management procedures.
• Analyse system and service errors and implement solutions; implement necessary software and service updates to ensure the highest possible level of reliability and security 

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education.
• Applicant must be a Saudi national to be considered for this position.
• 5 years of experience in system operation and maintenance. .
