Senior Specialist - Ticketing System

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior Specialist - Ticketing System to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our ticketing systems to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing ticket sales and driving revenue for our events and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ticketing systems and software
• Manage ticket sales processes, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory management
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop and execute effective ticket sales strategies
• Analyze ticketing data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved customer experience
• Provide technical support and training to staff members on the ticketing system
• Ensure compliance with ticketing policies and regulations
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT for system upgrades or enhancements
• Prepare and present reports on ticket sales performance to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology
