Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior Specialist - Ticketing System to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our ticketing systems to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing ticket sales and driving revenue for our events and attractions.

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ticketing systems and software
- Manage ticket sales processes, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory management
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop and execute effective ticket sales strategies
- Analyze ticketing data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved customer experience
- Provide technical support and training to staff members on the ticketing system
- Ensure compliance with ticketing policies and regulations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT for system upgrades or enhancements
- Prepare and present reports on ticket sales performance to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements in ticketing and event management
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology
- 2+ Years experience in ticketing application management or other applications in Entertainment industry
