- Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns to promote Elm’s products and services.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Support brand positioning through consistent messaging.
- Develop and execute initiatives to increase customer interaction and satisfaction.
- Support loyalty programs and collect feedback to improve future marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience needs, and competitor strategies.
- Use insights to support demand generation and go-to-market activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferably
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a related industry
