Job Overview: Merchandising manager is responsible for leading the Merchandising Execution and Drive their KPIs, comparing sales data for products they handle and make recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low. This may involve modifying displays, moving to different locations within the store and manage the Merchandisers team performance.
Mange the relationship with 3rd party of merchandising company, monitoring their performance and reporting and control payment process

Responsibilities
- Monitors Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
- Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
- Manage Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
- Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
- Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub-standard products.
- Always maintain clean and fresh stock of SSFL products on the shelf.
- Monitor and report competitive activities.
- Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
- Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behaviour in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
- Develop Best in Class Merchandisers Model
- Develop Merchandisers JP
- Develop Merchandising Capabilities
- Own Merchandisers Trackers and KPIs
- Be the focal person with the Merchandisers Suppliers
- Lead Regional Merchandisers SV
- Ensure Execution Discipline and Quality
- Track and Monitor Performance KPIs
- Report and Ensure Merchandisers HC Gap Filling
- Execution Standard.
- Set Journey plan adherence.
- Management skills experience direct sales team.
- Service-level oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
