Senior Specialist, Financial Operations

Job Role

Account payable senior specialist is responsiple for amanaging company's process, ensuring timely payment, reconciling vendor statments, supporting month end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prcoess supplier invoices accurately and timely
• Review and verify invoice from compliance standpoint
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Reconcile vendor statments
• Manage communication with internal stakholders and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and local regulations
• Monitor invoices aging status

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related major
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting
