We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Specialist - Employee Services to join our human resources team. This role is central to enhancing our employee experience by ensuring the delivery of effective HR services that align with our organizational goals.

As a Senior Specialist in HR Employee Services, you will take on a leadership role in overseeing HR service delivery, addressing complex employee inquiries, and implementing employee services initiatives that foster engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR Employee Services function, ensuring high-quality service delivery across various HR inquiries and processes
  • Manage the offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees and compliance with internal policies
  • Design, implement, and evaluate employee services programs, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to support performance management processes and facilitate talent development discussions
  • Analyze employee feedback and exit interview data to identify opportunities for improvement in employee services
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation to comply with legal requirements and company policies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR service delivery to continuously enhance employees' experiences
  • Mentor and guide junior HR team members in providing exceptional employee services
  • Participate in organizational initiatives and projects as needed to support the overall HR strategy


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR Employee Services, HR operations, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and providing high-quality employee support
  • Strong analytical skills to assess employee needs and drive improvements in services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across the organization
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in HR management systems and various HR technologies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to work
