Senior Specialist - Digital Infrastructure (20003871)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - ICT to join our Information and Communication Technology team. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and solutions that support our organization's strategic objectives. Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency, promote innovation, and ensure the security and stability of our ICT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate ICT projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery according to established timelines and budgets
• Support the analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions, including software applications, network infrastructure, and hardware systems
• Ensure optimal performance of IT systems by monitoring system performance, performing regular maintenance, and implementing upgrades as needed
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards
• Provide first-line technical support and training to staff on ICT systems and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration
• Research and recommend new technologies and best practices to enhance the company's capabilities and competitiveness
• Maintain documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and processes
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external service providers as necessary
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in ICT roles, with a focus on systems administration, project management, or IT support
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity principles
• Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus
