Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Design to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of various projects, ensuring that all design solutions are aligned with the company's vision and objectives. Your expertise will contribute to the successful creation of inspiring environments that enhance the overall experience of our guests and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring design integrity and alignment with project goals
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and project management, to ensure design consistency and feasibility
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers and team members
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects
• Prepare and present design concepts, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the design process
• Supervise external consultants and contractors involved in design-related tasks to maintain high-quality standards
• Assist in the development of design-related reports, guidelines, and documentation
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while ensuring design deliverables meet quality expectations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
