Senior Specialist - Corporate Relations

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and strategic Senior Specialist - Corporate Relations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, industry leaders, and community organizations. Your expertise will contribute significantly to enhancing our corporate image and supporting the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners and stakeholders to promote collaboration and strategic alliances
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate relations strategies, aligning them with overall business objectives
• Manage the communication and engagement with stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management and external partners to support engagement activities
• Coordinate and participate in outreach activities, events, and meetings aimed at strengthening corporate partnerships
• Monitor industry trends and stakeholder feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance stakeholder relations
• Support the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and community needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive communication and strategy implementation across the organization
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate relations, stakeholder engagement, or public affairs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate issues and develop innovative solutions
• Ability to contribute to strategic decision-making and demonstrate a clear understanding of corporate relations dynamics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication tools
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous
