Attendance and HR Operations Support
- Collect and maintain attendance records for on-site employees (permanent, contract, and daily workers)
- Track and report overtime, leave, and absence data
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes (document collection, system entry, distribution of equipment)
- Support recruitment of daily and contract employees in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team
- Prepare and deliver onboarding guidance for new hires
- Coordinate with HR Manager and team leaders regarding workforce planning and staffing needs
- Maintain HR documents and files (contracts, certificates, personal records, etc.)
- Compile payroll-related data, including overtime records, and submit to the HR Manager
- Manage various HR forms and recordkeeping
- Receive and escalate basic employee concerns to managers
- Provide on-site employee guidance and communication
- Assist with welfare and employee support activities
- Candidates with an understanding of workforce management in environments such as logistics centers or production sites
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative support
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with various teams and job groups
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing data and tasks
- Proactive and responsible in providing on-site support
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
