Responsibilities:

Attendance and HR Operations Support

  • Collect and maintain attendance records for on-site employees (permanent, contract, and daily workers)
  • Track and report overtime, leave, and absence data
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes (document collection, system entry, distribution of equipment)

Recruitment Support and Workforce Management

  • Support recruitment of daily and contract employees in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team
  • Prepare and deliver onboarding guidance for new hires
  • Coordinate with HR Manager and team leaders regarding workforce planning and staffing needs

HR Data Administration

  • Maintain HR documents and files (contracts, certificates, personal records, etc.)
  • Compile payroll-related data, including overtime records, and submit to the HR Manager
  • Manage various HR forms and recordkeeping

Employee Communication and Support

  • Receive and escalate basic employee concerns to managers
  • Provide on-site employee guidance and communication
  • Assist with welfare and employee support activities

We are looking for:

  • Candidates with an understanding of workforce management in environments such as logistics centers or production sites
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative support
  • Proficient in basic MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with various teams and job groups
  • Detail-oriented and organized in managing data and tasks
  • Proactive and responsible in providing on-site support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
