Senior Software Project Manager - Fintech - Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Software Project Manager with a strong background in managing technical projects, preparing compelling presentations and bids, and utilizing project

tracking tools to communicate project progress effectively. The ideal candidate should be currently located in Riyadh. Having excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders,

with experience in FinTech within the Saudi Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Prepare and present project proposals, bids, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the bidding process for new opportunities, including documentation and vendor coordination.
• Track and communicate project progress using tools such as Microsoft Project, ClickUp, Basecamp, or other project management platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, vendors, and management.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular project reports.
  
  

Requirements

• FinTech experience within the Saudi Market.
• 3+ years of experience in this role or a similar one.
• Must be located in Riyadh.
• Proven experience managing technical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to prepare and deliver effective project proposals.
• Experience managing bids and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools like MS Project, ClickUp, Basecamp, or similar.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• PMP or other project management certification.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
