Job Purpose:
To coordinate and manage daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high service quality through effective communication with drivers, warehouses, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
To coordinate and manage daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high service quality through effective communication with drivers, warehouses, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule daily delivery activities
- Communicate with drivers and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries
- Monitor delivery status and resolve delays or issues
- Update and maintain delivery information in the system
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure order readiness
- Handle delivery-related customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare regular reports on delivery performance
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Logistics)
- 1–3 years of experience in delivery or logistics coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in systems and reporting tools (ERP / Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- Time management and multitasking
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Customer service orientation
