Senior SAP Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior SAP Program Manager / Solution Architect to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP engagements. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the SAP suite (ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Hybris, etc.), combined with strong client-facing, delivery management, and sales solutioning capabilities. This is a strategic leadership role requiring coordination across sales, delivery, and client success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Delivery Management

• Lead large-scale, complex SAP programs from planning through execution and post-go-live support.
• Manage cross-functional teams (onshore, offshore, nearshore) of 100+ resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead SAP technical upgrades, digital transformation, and cloud migration programs.
• Monitor and manage program risks, resources, and quality gates.

SAP Solution Architecture & Consulting

• Provide thought leadership and advisory across the SAP product suite (ECC, S/4HANA, BI, FSCD, SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Engage in solution design workshops, business blueprinting, and architecture definition.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP architecture and system designs.

Pre-Sales & Business Development

• Work closely with sales teams to drive SAP opportunities across the Middle East, Europe, and APAC.
• Build winning proposals, RFPs, and conduct client presentations and PoCs.
• Manage alliances with SAP and third-party vendors to support go-to-market strategy.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
• Build long-term relationships and drive account growth through value-added SAP solutions.
• Engage with client governance boards and steering committees.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Hybris, SAP FSCD, and BI.
• Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Telecom, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Banking.
• Proficient in SAP Activate Methodology and project management standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership in multicultural and cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business/IT
• SAP Certification(s)
• PMP or other relevant project management certification
• Experience with digital transformation and cloud-based SAP deployments

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to ISO quality and audit systems.
• Experience in building pre-sales tools, accelerators, and delivery frameworks.
• Proven record of social impact/CSR involvement (e.g., environment campaigns)
