InterContinental Durrat Al Riyadh Resort & SPA is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead key sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and represent the hotel with professionalism in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across all segments.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
