The Research Ops Specialist supports the user research function by streamlining processes, managing logistics, and ensuring efficient research planning, execution, and knowledge sharing.

About The Role
The Research Ops Specialist supports the user research function by streamlining processes, managing logistics, and ensuring efficient research planning, execution, and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate participant recruitment, incentives, and consent management.
- Manage research repositories and ensure documentation quality and tagging standards.
- Support scheduling, note-taking, and setup of research sessions.
- Maintain research ops tools (Dovetail, Maze, Airtable, or similar).
- Build and maintain templates, playbooks, and ethical compliance processes.
- Collaborate with researchers, designers, and product teams to ensure smooth handoff of insights.
- Track research volume, coverage, and turnaround metrics.
- 0-2 years of experience in UX Research Ops, User Research, or similar role.
- Strong operational and project management skills.
- Experience with research tools (Dovetail, Notion, Airtable, Zoom, Figma).
- Understanding of user research methodologies and data handling ethics.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
