The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leads health, safety, wellbeing, and security culture across the project, empowering teams to follow procedures and conduct safety investigations, inspections, and audits.
  • Promotes a customer-first mindset and high-performance culture, demonstrating leadership aligned with organizational values and fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provides inclusive leadership with a focus on Requirements & Assurance, overseeing research and development of deliverable design solutions and ensuring robust project delivery plans.
  • Manages project execution and change processes, ensuring proactive communication with contractors and consultants, and alignment with time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
  • Supports regulatory compliance, including Safety Case development, commissioning, certification to operate, and coordination with regulatory bodies and local standards.
  • Leads cross-functional collaboration, supports procurement and commercial teams, and ensures documentation discipline through digital platforms like Aconex.
  • Conducts design reviews and project activities, including meetings, inspections, training, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, while maintaining awareness of industry trends and best practices.
  • Oversees risk management through ARM, ensures delivery of the Golden Thread, and conducts post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

You'll Need To Have











  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.





  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Civil Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, Property Management & Construction
  • Higher National Diploma: Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, leading complex design projects from initiation to completion within construction environment.
