Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Reporting Manager - Roads, Civil, Structures to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for delivering Parsons’s reporting for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring reports are produced in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) .This position is accountable for reporting to QIC requirements and is a direct report to the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supports the development and implementation of the QIP reports as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.
• Supports the development and implementation Standard operating procedures for the reporting aspects of the program as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.
• Provides guidance and support to the reporting specialists concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
• Supports the facilitation of forming partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for reporting among our team (including subcontractors).
• Responsible for external reporting, including all major contracts.
• Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners to ensure best for program reporting decisions.
• Reports reporting challenges and issues to the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
• Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.
• Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals, takes corrective action as necessary.
• Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Degree in a relevant technical field
• Minimum 12 years of related experience in reporting of major capital works.
• Expertise in Power BI and other graphic packages
• Expertise and Creativity in Creating, Maintaining, and Validating Weekly, Monthly, and Adhoc Reports upon Request using Power BI and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated teamwork and management skills.
• Good written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
• Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Sound understanding and appreciation of controls and/or reporting in complex mega projects, adhering to strict client standards and best practice.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
