Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying on construction projects. This includes preparing cost estimates, conducting cost analysis, and managing project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure project cost effectiveness
• Manage project budgets and provide regular cost reports to project stakeholders
• Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and track project costs and variations
• Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors on the team
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project delivery within budget
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
• Excellent knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
• Proven experience in managing project budgets and delivering projects within budget
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
