Construction Manager - Residential

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our residential project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of residential construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and change orders
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors
• Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and clients
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project integration and alignment with company goals and objectives
• Maintain a strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in residential construction management, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus
