المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects. You will be accountable for overall project performance — schedule, cost, quality and HSE — while managing multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors and client interfaces

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project initiation, planning, execution and close-out activities

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and resource plans

Drive HSE leadership and ensure regulatory compliance on all sites

Oversee procurement strategy and subcontractor performance management

Chair client progress meetings and deliver accurate project reporting to stakeholders

Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation measures

Ensure quality control processes are implemented and maintained

Mentor project managers and strengthen project delivery capability

Manage change control and contractual claims where required

Promote continuous improvement and adoption of digital tools

الشروط والمهارات:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years’ large-scale project delivery experience with minimum 5 years in senior leadership
• Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure or industrial projects
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
• Proficiency with project controls tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and reporting systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Professional certification (PMP or equivalent) advantageous
