The Project

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of world-class assets supporting major sporting events, including the development of multiple stadiums. Mace is at the forefront of this landmark program with a highly motivated client organisation and seeks results-driven professionals to join our exceptional teams, driving excellence at every stage of these high-profile projects.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Define and arrange project management, technical services, and external resources to meet client objectives.
• Lead collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Demonstrate Safety First principles and embed Mace’s HSW framework throughout the project.
• Procure and manage design teams, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring scope, fees, and variations are controlled.
• Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, managing programme, milestones, and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, risk management strategies, and quality systems aligned with Service Excellence.
• Drive business priorities including digital innovation and responsible practices.
• Champion sustainability and net zero carbon goals across all project phases.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
• 15+ years postgraduate professional experience is essential.
• Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is an advantage.
• Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
