In this capacity, you will lead projects focused on road development and ensure that the infrastructure components are delivered effectively, safely, and on schedule to support our dynamic vision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the planning, design, and construction phases of road development projects within the Qiddiya project area
• Ensure that all road infrastructure projects are completed in accordance with planning regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations
• Develop and implement project management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to achieve project milestones
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams to foster collaboration and ensure project alignment
• Monitor and assess project performance, addressing potential issues proactively to maintain timelines and budgets
• Manage procurement processes, including the evaluation and selection of contractors for road construction projects
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and project managers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence
• Conduct regular project meetings and status updates to keep the leadership team informed of progress and challenges
• Champion safety protocols across all site operations and ensure compliance with local regulations regarding construction activities
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector, specifically in roads and highways
• Proven experience managing large-scale road construction projects from inception to completion
• Strong knowledge of construction engineering principles, relevant regulations, and standards
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Superior verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required
• Proficiency with project management software and tools to assist in a wide range of project-related activities
