Role/ Department
The Equity group manages around $700 billion USD in passive and active, factor-based equity strategies for institutional and intermediary clients across the globe. Headquartered in Chicago, the group has representation in London; Amsterdam; Hong Kong; Melbourne and Bangalore. We seek an individual to lead our Middle East operations; leading the business, and serving as the primary client-facing representative in the region. The role is ideal for someone that can straddle both the strategic and tactical.

The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
- Drive the commercial and strategic agenda of the Middle East Equity business, in conjunction with key global stakeholders. The role will be divided between the development of the our strategy platform and commercial positioning
- Increase the footprint and thought leadership of NTAM in the Middle East
- Build client solutions of the highest quality
- Represent NTAM’s equity platform in client and prospect meetings, conferences, webinars and other venues
- Collaborate with the regional Product and Sustainability teams and global Research teams on development of new strategies and ideas
- Collaborate with the regional Marketing team on messaging and development of collateral materials
- (Co-)author white papers and research pieces of global and local interest
- Extensive experience working with the most sophisticated investors in the region; have the ability to help build long-term relationships
- Strong knowledge of the Middle East institutional investment landscape including asset owners, competitors and relevant regulations
- Strong presentation skills with the acumen to explain complex quantitative concepts and research to a wide range of audiences including experts and large audiences.
- The ability to explain complex material in a simple, logical, story-like manner
- The ability to connect and communicate with a wide variety of audiences and levels of sophistication
- Excellent writing skills as demonstrated by a track record of published articles and whitepapers
- A deep understanding of local investment issues and regulation with a focus on custom integration. A passion for solutions thinking.
- CFA, MBA, PhD are strong pluses
