In this prestigious role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of one of the most significant architectural and cultural landmarks in the region. Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project life cycle for the Grand Mosque, ensuring that it aligns with architectural vision, cultural significance, and community needs
• Develop comprehensive project plans that detail timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, cultural experts, and contractors to guarantee the highest quality outcomes and adherence to design specifications
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including government officials, community members, and project teams
• Manage the procurement process for materials and services, negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions
• Champion innovation and best practices in project management, ensuring that the project reflects the values and aspirations of the community

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on large-scale cultural or religious structures
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Deep understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and cultural heritage considerations
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding diverse and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management
• Familiarity with local regulations, code compliance, and safety standards applicable to large construction projects
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable
