The Project
This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assests, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.
Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.
Leads the delivery of PMO and project controls services across assigned commissions, guiding implementation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Supports team development within the centre of excellence and hub, aligning activity with Mace strategy and performance frameworks.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Stakeholder management, working with senior executives, client-facing role.
- Enhancing report quality, data analysis.
- Project Management and PMO experience.
- Managing large scale giga projects, large portfolio, mixed use project.
- Leads PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
- Provides expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
- Builds strong client relationships and drives performance reporting.
- Aligns delivery with Mace control centre, mentoring teams and promoting sustainability.
- Degree qualification in a relevant subject.
- Major project or programme delivery experience.
- Professional membership or Chartered status.
- Necessary criteria for visa requirements.
