Senior Product Manager- (Saudi national)

This job is for Saudi nationals only, with preference given to candidates residing in Riyadh or able to relocate there if they are not currently located there.

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of digital products. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing execution, and ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

• Define the product vision and align it with company objectives.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps.
• Continuously launch and iterate on new products and services.

Backlog Management

• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Balance feature development with technical debt management.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with executive leadership and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Provide clear direction to engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, DevOps).

Development Oversight

• Lead sprint planning and sprint reviews.
• Launch MVPs and validate them in the market.
• Ensure product quality and achievement of defined KPIs.

User Experience & Research

• Analyze user behavior and product data.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing.
• Continuously improve user journeys and platform experience.

Platforms & Integrations

• Manage integrations with third-party platforms and APIs.
• Support development of B2C, B2B, and B2G platforms.
• Contribute to building multi-sided marketplace features.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

• Monitor growth and usage metrics.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership.
• Build financial models and analyze product ROI.

Requirements:

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in PropTech, Marketplace, or SaaS is a must.
• Hands-on experience working with PropTech, Marketplace, or SaaS
• Hands-on experience working with Agile teams.
• Proven experience launching real digital products from zero to market.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business and financial impact.

• This role is open to Saudi nationals only.
• Preference for candidates based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
• Fully on-site role (office-based).
