You’ll Need To Have:

• Strong leadership in category management, driving strategy and delivery across key procurement areas.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining effective relationship management frameworks.
• Leading and supporting teams by ensuring structures, tools, and responsibilities are clearly defined to drive performance and project success.
• Conducting due diligence and developing in-depth market and company insights.
• Driving value creation through process improvement, commercial performance, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Planning and executing project implementation, including embedding processes, monitoring progress, and delivering through collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Achieving objectives under pressure and in complex, time-sensitive situations.
• Providing leadership in performance management, talent development, and coaching to build high-performing teams.
• Developing and maintaining a strong network of internal and external relationships.
• Influencing and managing key senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of project goals.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Member of a relevant professional body.
