Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and experienced Manager - Security Operations to lead our security operations team. This role is essential to developing and overseeing security protocols to protect our assets, ensure safety for all visitors, and create a secure environment for our groundbreaking entertainment and cultural activities.

As the Manager of Security Operations, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive security strategies, managing daily security operations, and leading a team of security personnel. Your leadership will be crucial in safeguarding the integrity of our operations and fostering a culture of safety and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage security operations strategies to enhance the safety and security of the organization
  • Oversee and coordinate the security team, ensuring staff is well-trained and equipped to respond to incidents and emergencies
  • Conduct regular assessments of security processes and protocols, updating as necessary to improve operational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams and law enforcement agencies to ensure effective communication and response to security incidents
  • Manage security technology systems such as surveillance, access control, and alarm systems
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding security operations and incident management
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards in all security operations activities
  • Actively participate in emergency response planning and crisis management activities


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in security operations or management roles, preferably in a high-security environment
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency response procedures
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and implement appropriate responses
  • Certifications in security management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)) are a plus
