Senior Planning Manager

The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.

Mace is currently providing programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Skilled in database management and advanced Microsoft Excel use.
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls methodologies.
• Experienced in developing integrated master schedules and converting Level 3 to Level 2 schedules.
• Accountable for planning and monitoring medium to high complexity projects and portfolios.
• Collaborates with PMCs, design consultants, and internal teams to ensure accurate outputs and timely delivery.
• Conducts site visits, reviews schedules, dashboards, and ensures quality assurance.
• Prepares progress reports, advises on complex requirements, and recommends corrective measures.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving project.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Extensive experience in planning construction projects/programmes, with strong property or infrastructure project management knowledge.
  Skilled in managing senior stakeholder relationships.
