نعلن في ميدفود عن توفر شاغر مدير/ـة مبيعات بدوام جزئي لقيادة جهود المبيعات وتنمية العلاقات التجارية داخل قطاع الهوريكا (المطاعم، الكافيهات، الفنادق، شركات التموين، المخابز…).

المرشح/ـة سيعمل على تطوير علاقات ميدفود في السوق، واستهداف العملاء المناسبين، وإغلاق التعاقدات، بالإضافة إلى إدارة فريق المبيعات والتوجيه.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

تطوير وتنفيذ خطط استهداف للعملاء المحتملين بشكل مباشر بترويج المنتجات الخاصة بـ ميدفود الموجهة للهوريكا.

تحديد العملاء المحتملين والتواصل الفعال معهم وبناء شبكة علاقات قوية.

إدارة عملية تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى تعاقدات فعلية (مهارة عالية في الإغلاق).

الإشراف على فريق المبيعات والتنسيق مع جهة التسويق

دراسة السوق، منافسين، واتجاهات الشراء لدى قطاع الهوريكا.

إعداد تقارير أداء شهرية وتوصيات للتطوير والنمو.

المتطلبات:

سعودي/ـة الجنسية.

خبرة عملية سابقة في قطاع الهوريكا أو مبيعات/تسويق المنتجات الغذائية B2B.

مهارة عالية في التواصل وبناء العلاقات وإغلاق الصفقات.

خبرة في إدارة فريق صغير وإرشاده وتوجيهه.

إلمام بالتسويق الرقمي ووسائل التواصل.

القدرة على العمل الجزئي بمرونة (اجتماعات حضورية عند الحاجة).
