Senior Performance Controller - Siemens Energy, Dammam KSA

A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Senior Performance Controller, you will ensure financial transparency across our light manufacturing operations, labor-based analysis, and capital expenditures. You will collaborate with multiple business units and countries, providing KPI analysis, overseeing budget planning, and driving operational improvements through data transparency and automation

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure coherence with controlling standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare performance reporting and forecasts.
• Oversee day-to-day financial analysis and operational budget reviews.
• Manage month-end activities, including data compilation and general ledger review.
• Drive automation of financial processes and build reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Partner with distribution center management to enhance business improvements and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3 years in Business Unit Controlling.
• Strong cost accounting experience with labor and overhead rate calculations.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Controlling experience with a performance controlling background.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as EPM+ and ESPRI, along with complete awareness of balance sheet movement, asset management, FCF tracking, and NCE and liquidity monitoring.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
