Senior Manager - OT Security

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - OT Security to lead our operational technology (OT) security initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the security and reliability of the operational technology infrastructures that support our world-class entertainment and lifestyle destination project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OT security, risk management, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an OT security strategy that aligns with Qiddiya's overall business goals and risk management framework
• Lead a team of OT security professionals, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure the effective execution of security plans
• Perform risk assessments and vulnerability assessments of OT systems, identifying potential threats and recommending mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate OT and IT security measures, ensuring a cohesive security posture
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, coordinating a rapid response to mitigate risks and resolve issues
• Establish and maintain relationships with OT vendors and service providers to ensure security compliance and best practices
• Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on OT security protocols and procedures
• Stay current with emerging OT security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to maintain a robust security environment
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are a plus
• 8+ years of experience in OT security, with proven expertise in risk management and incident response
• Solid understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and associated security challenges
• Experience with security technologies specific to OT, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities effectively
