Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive customer experience strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and branding
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to derive insights for improving service delivery and customer engagement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing customer experience enhancement projects from ideation to execution
- Develop customer experience metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization by training and mentoring staff on best practices in customer service and engagement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance customer experiences and integrate them into our offerings
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 9 years of experience in customer experience management, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or large-
