Overview:

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing transformative entertainment and leisure projects in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager - Asset Strategy. In this position, you will be integral to shaping the strategic direction and performance of our diverse asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Asset Strategy in formulating and executing strategies aimed at enhancing the value and performance of Qiddiya's asset portfolio
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies to identify potential investment opportunities and optimize existing assets
  • Develop and implement asset management plans to align with Qiddiya's long-term vision and financial objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of asset strategies with operational and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate asset performance against KPIs, undertaking necessary adjustments and recommendations to drive profitability
  • Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting portfolio performance, market trends, and potential growth areas
  • Engage with external partners, investors, and stakeholders to communicate asset strategies and promote Qiddiya's vision
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to ensure Qiddiya remains competitive and innovative


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in asset management, real estate strategy, or investment analysis
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful asset strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
