The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manages team and site operations, ensuring safe, competent workforce levels.
- Partners with contracts and commercial managers for resource planning and reporting.
- Oversee daily/weekly activities, timesheets, and monthly performance reports.
- Produces progress reports including RFIs and EWNs.
- Collaborates with contractors and stakeholders to manage scope and change requests.
- Engages suppliers, monitors delivery systems, and ensures accurate logging.
- Coordinates health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Develop innovative delivery methods and monitor programme quality.
- Manages cleaning, waste tracking, and asset registers.
- Conducts equipment audits and maintains HSW documentation.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics within construction
- Proven knowledge of Middle East construction practices and regulations
