Senior IT Project Head

Position: Senior IT Project Head

Location: Riyadh or remotely

• Managing the IT teams, ensures compliance with data protection standards, and provides technical guidance for digital transformation efforts related to SAP B1& other IT applications.


• Responsible for overseeing the company's technological strategy, including the implementation and management of SAP B1 (SAP Business One) to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and support growth.


• Evaluation, customization, and integration of SAP B1 modules such as finance, sales, MM, inventory, and manufacturing, ensuring seamless operation across departments.


• Collaborate with senior management to align technology initiatives with business goals, oversee system upgrades, security, and user training, and stay updated on emerging technology trends to recommend innovative solutions.


• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's cybersecurity measures, IT infrastructure, networking, and server systems.


• Involves protecting company data and systems from cyber threats by deploying firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security protocols, as well as conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.


• Manages network configuration, ensures optimal performance and uptime of servers, and supports the deployment of hardware and software solutions.


• Monitor network traffic, troubleshoot connectivity issues, perform backups, and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.


• Updated on emerging security threats and technological advancements to proactively safeguard the company's IT environment.


• Establish and maintain efficient and reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, network, data management and security protocols for high performance, uptime and data integrity.


• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.


• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance.


• Advise the management of any planned IT Changes and assist in providing ideas back to the management of improvements that can be made within the corporate office both through IT Process and new technology


• Ensure overall alignment of Strategic Market IT Roadmap within Management team


• Manage relationships with internal and external third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Technical Skills – Required

• ERP & Software Implementation and Support experience (SAP B1, SAP business By Design, SAP COO, IVend, Microsoft Navision, Mfgpro)


• SAP configuration and customization, Functional modules expertise


• SAP system integration and interface development (Retails, E Commerce , Zatca and Other add one)


• Project management and coordination & Troubleshooting and problem-solving


• End-user training and support & Process improvement and efficiency.


• Database administrator and Support (Hana, SQL server, Oracle )


• Application and report development (SQL, Hana, VB .Net ad C#, Crystal report, Excel, Ivend,)


• IT Budgeting & Cost Control


• Vendor Relations & Asset Management


• IT Auditing & Policy implementation


• Project Management & Team Handling


• 3rd Line Business Application support


• Demonstrable VMware skills


• IT Hardware, Network & Security Concepts, firewall
