Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – AV (Audiovisual)
Job Purpose The Senior Sales Manager – AV is responsible for driving business development and revenue growth within the audiovisual (AV) division. This role focuses on managing key client relationships, developing tailored AV solutions, and leading a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. The Senior Sales Manager plays a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and contributing to the company’s growth in the AV sector.
Key Activities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies for AV solutions, aligned with company goals.
Identify new market opportunities and develop a pipeline of qualified leads.
Participate in setting sales targets and ensure they are achieved or exceeded.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to refine offerings.
Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
Provide consultative selling, offering technical insights and tailored AV solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage post-sales engagement when needed.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a small team of AV sales professionals or account executives.
Provide coaching, regular performance reviews, and support team development.
Ensure team adherence to the sales process, CRM usage, and reporting protocols.
Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Project Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
Reporting and Forecasting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Ensure transparency and reliability in pipeline and revenue forecasting.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Master’s degree (MBA) or Executive Education in Sales/Technology Management
Minimum Experience: Over 8 years of experience in B2B sales, including 6+ years in sales leadership, along with more than 5 years in AV or technology consulting with at least 4 years in a team lead or senior role.
Experience in AV system integration, IT solutions, or enterprise AV projects
Certified Sales Executive (CSE), Strategic Sales Management certification, or similar
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Experience with CRM tools and structured sales frameworks (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic
