Job Description

Parsons is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our design management team on a one-of-a-kind ultra-luxury development. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the creative and technical delivery of world-class interior environments across hospitality, residential, cultural, and lifestyle spaces—all aligned with the project’s distinctive luxury vision and high-performance standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll review and guide the development of interior design concepts, layouts, finishes, and FF&E selections to ensure alignment with the project’s luxury brand identity.
• You’ll coordinate with interior design consultants to ensure delivery of high-quality and fully detailed packages across all phases.
• You’ll lead or participate in design reviews, mockup evaluations, and material approval processes.
• You’ll ensure consistency and excellence in the design language across diverse asset types including VIP villas, boutique hotels, wellness facilities, and lifestyle amenities.
• You’ll provide direction on materials, finishes, lighting, joinery, and furnishings based on luxury design trends and client preferences.
• You’ll support integration of interior design with architecture, MEP, and fit-out teams to ensure design intent is maintained through to delivery.
• You’ll help manage design changes, value engineering options, and technical challenges in collaboration with stakeholders.
• You’ll assist in the preparation of presentations, mood boards, and sample boards for client approvals.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience with a strong focus on high-end hospitality, residential, or resort projects.
• Exceptional design sensibility and technical detailing capabilities.
• Familiarity with luxury brands, materials, finishes, and international interior design trends.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  
  
  

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

• Experience on ultra-luxury or giga projects in the Middle East is highly preferred.
• LEED/WELL or other sustainability-related credentials are a plus.
• Understanding of local authority processes, codes, and project delivery in the region.
• Experience with mockup inspections and fit-out coordination is advantageous.
