Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Risk Manager (Saudi National) to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage risk-related activities across complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Deliver clear and actionable risk instructions in dynamic and high-stakes environments.
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and across matrixed reporting structures.
  • Prioritize and manage workload under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to influence decision-making and promote a proactive risk culture.
  • Provide expert consultation and negotiation support to internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Maintain strong organizational oversight and ensure consistent follow-through on risk-related actions.
  • Apply sound business judgment to evaluate and respond to evolving risk scenarios.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • 12 years on experience
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings and across departments.
  • High-level understanding of risk management principles in complex environments, particularly within major program sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  • Experience working in matrix organizations with dual reporting lines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Strategic thinking and sound business acumen.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Professional certification(s) in Risk Management (e.g., PMI-RMP, ISO 31000).
  • Prior experience in the government sector within the GCC region.
