Senior Experience Designer KSA

Job Description
As a Senior Experience Designer at Publicis Sapient, you will be responsible for the navigation, organization, interaction design, and business/user process engineering for leading-edge web solutions, software, mobile, and other interactive devices.
This involves the application of user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class user experiences for leading companies and the public sector. You must have strong communication skills for exercises such as workshops, presentations, and work demos.

Qualifications
Excellent visioning skills, i.e., strategic illustration for future outcomes

• Leading projects from concept to delivery
• Data and insight analysis to determine experience success metrics and KPIs
• Complex system mapping and process mapping
• Deep understanding of user research and testing
• Mapping user journeys and interactive flows
• Wireframing functionality for features and content
• Advanced prototyping skills with either software or live code
• Advanced knowledge of component-based design and development
• Portfolio of work demonstrating the breadth and depth of UX design. This should also include the approach and process
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to colleagues, partners, stakeholders, and especially to senior executives.
• Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs and customer expectations
