About the Role:

Abeer Medical Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - International Talent Acquisition – Medical Staff (Middle East) to lead our global talent acquisition efforts. This role is pivotal in sourcing, processing, and onboarding top-tier medical professionals from the Middle Eastern countries to support our expanding healthcare operations across Hospitals/ One Day Surgery Centers/ Medical Centers in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified medical professionals (physicians, nurses, allied health staff) through direct outreach, personal networks, and recruitment agencies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from CV collection to onboarding and orientation at assigned branches.
• Coordinate with licensing bodies, immigration authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with international recruitment partners and medical institutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field (medical background preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in international recruitment, specifically in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of GCC healthcare licensing and immigration processes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
