- Infrastructure Deployment and Support
- Install, configure, and support servers, storage, and network devices.
- Ensure infrastructure components operate effectively and securely.
- System Monitoring and Performance
- Monitor system performance and uptime across data centers and network layers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues to maintain service continuity.
- Maintenance and Optimization
- Perform regular maintenance, patching, and upgrades of hardware and system software.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Security and Compliance Support
- Apply security policies and controls across infrastructure systems.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with IT governance standards and procedures.
Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferably
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a related industry
