The Project

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee consultants, contractors, and electrical design teams.
• Review technical submittals and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor project phases and report progress and issues.
• Coordinate design intent with construction delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and manage non-compliance reports.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Support procurement, tendering, and commercial processes.
• Lead electrical delivery from design to commissioning.
• Provide technical input and risk mitigation strategies.
• Share lessons learned and mentor junior staff.
• Proficient in HV/LV systems, installation techniques, and engineering tools.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree qualification in Electrical engineering or related subject and be a member of a suitable professional body.
• You have a strong knowledge of Electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Minimum 15 years of experience.
• Previous experience with stadiums or large sports/entertainment facilities is preferred.
• Proven history of managing complex projects successfully delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Familiarity with international design standards, codes, and best practice in stadium design.
• Professional certification (PMP or equivalent) and post graduate academic qualification are advantageous.
