Senior Director- Asset IT Operations (CORS 222)

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating immersive entertainment experiences, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director - Asset IT Operations to lead our IT operational strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all IT operations, ensuring that our infrastructure is robust, efficient, and aligned with the company's strategic vision. You will oversee the integration of advanced technologies and innovative solutions to enhance the operational capabilities of our assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Asset IT operations strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and goals
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Asset IT stack, including Infrastructure, Applications, Digital Channels, etc. and ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. The scope of the IT Operations entails the ITSM, Application Operations, Infrastructure (including the cloud environments) and Security Operations
• Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
• Manage the budget for Asset IT operations, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
• Manage the relationship and contract with the Managed Services provider
• Maintain a robust IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and applications, ensuring uptime and minimal downtime
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and innovation within the organization
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of an IT failure or disaster
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT operations and security
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT operations. management, in a complex organizational setup.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
• Strong managerial, leadership and communication skills
