Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Development Manager - D2/D3 Apartments - Residential. This pivotal role will lead the development of high-quality residential apartments that cater to both residents and visitors, contributing to the vibrant community at Qiddiya.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of D2/D3 residential apartment projects, ensuring adherence to the design vision and community standards
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses and feasibility studies to inform project designs and enhance the residential offerings
- Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and engineers to create functional and appealing living spaces that meet the needs of diverse demographics
- Manage the project lifecycle from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement of contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices throughout the development process
- Engage with stakeholders, including potential residents and community members, to incorporate feedback and enhance project outcomes
- Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and ensure that goals are met in terms of timeline, quality, and budget
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project status, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence in residential development
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in residential development, specifically in managing D2/D3 apartment projects
- Proven success in overseeing all phases of construction and project management, from design to delivery
- Strong understanding of residential development regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategic decisions to optimize project success
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Middle East housing market is highly advantageous
