Senior Development Manager

A prominent real estate development company in Saudi Arabia, with a strong legacy of delivering impactful projects across the Kingdom. With over decades of experience and a growing portfolio, the company is now entering a new phase of strategic expansion and is seeking a visionary leader to help shape its future developments.

Role Overview:

This role requires a seasoned development leader with a strong background in architecture or urban planning, a deep understanding of the Saudi real estate landscape, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a team builder who leads with both vision and precision, while also being willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the details when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full development cycle from planning, design, and construction to handover.
• Coordinate across internal functions including legal, finance, marketing, asset management, and communications to ensure seamless project execution.
• Present development proposals to internal review boards, aligning design, pricing, and market positioning with business goals.
• Develop innovative, commercially viable real estate products aligned with strategic land use plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee consultant selection and performance, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure accurate project cost tracking and documentation handover to sales and marketing teams.

Your Profile:

• Due to Saudization program, Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development, with leadership in at least one major project.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of Saudi real estate regulations and development processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a passion for building high-quality, sustainable developments.
• A hands-on leader who is not afraid to get involved in the operational details to ensure successful project outcomes.
