Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Creative Designer who will play a key role in bringing HAACO’s brand vision to life across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong creative portfolio, and expertise in both digital and traditional design processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to shape the visual identity of a prestigious brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for a variety of marketing and communication materials, including digital content, print collateral, presentations, and brand assets.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for HAACO, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communication team and other departments to create visually compelling campaigns that align with company goals and target audiences.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying new techniques to enhance HAACO's design offerings.
• Create innovative, high-quality designs that effectively communicate HAACO’s message to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design of web and social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and enhancing user engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions for design challenges and marketing strategies.
• Prepare files for production and liaise with external vendors when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a creative designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across digital, print, and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience in digital design, including social media content, websites, and email campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
