We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 6-8 years of experience, with preferred experience in data analysis and business analysis to contribute to a high-impact government project. The role primarily focuses on identifying and gathering data related to previous year's results and achievements within the targeted government entity. This data will be validated and classified to form key input for the entity's annual report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to identify data sources and gather information on key performance indicators (KPIs), results, and achievements from the previous year.
  • Validate and analyze collected data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Classify data based on predefined criteria to align with reporting requirements and government standards.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to interpret trends, insights, and patterns that can be highlighted in the annual report.
  • Work closely with the project team to provide insights and recommendations for data presentation in the annual report.
  • Support the development of templates and frameworks for systematic data collection and classification.
  • Contribute to drafting sections of the annual report, ensuring alignment with government entity goals and objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely delivery of project outputs.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making within the government entity.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in data analysis, business analysis, or performance reporting.
  • Experience with government reporting or similar high-stakes projects is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
