Job Overview:

Our client, a prominent luxury catering, banqueting, and restaurant group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Senior Catering Sales Manager to lead a reactive sales and administration team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, client relationship management, and seamless coordination of catering and banquet events. This role requires a commercially savvy leader with a passion for guest service and a proven track record in high-end hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales and admin team of 6, setting performance targets and nurturing a high-achieving, motivated culture
• Foster a collaborative and professional environment built on trust, accountability, and enthusiasm
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional event delivery and client satisfaction
• Oversee catering and banquet operations, ensuring coordination between departments to meet and exceed client expectations
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to align event specifications with service and presentation standards
• Conduct client meetings, tailor event proposals, and offer strategic guidance throughout the planning process
• Champion guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and implementing service enhancements based on feedback
• Ensure clear communication of all event details to stakeholders, enabling smooth transitions from planning to execution
• Analyze service feedback and sales data to identify improvement opportunities and boost repeat business
• Support team development through ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations focused on excellence

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Significant experience in sales or event management within luxury hospitality, catering, or banqueting environments
• Proven leadership in managing small to mid-sized teams in multicultural settings
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• In-depth knowledge of catering/banquet operations, interdepartmental coordination, and event execution
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Competency in CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional presence with integrity, adaptability, and cultural awareness
