One of JobIn Clients is Looking for a driven and strategic Senior BD Specialist to lead our growth initiatives, build client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. If you’re results-oriented and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to create real impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across defined markets
• Develop and implement business development strategies to meet revenue goals
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide sales strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align solutions with client needs
• Lead pitch presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closings
• Maintain and update CRM systems and track business performance metrics
Skills- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Experience in [Insert Industry – e.g., tech, finance, logistics] is highly desirable
